Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

National deliveries (within Australia) are charged according to weight. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

All orders will be shipped at a cost of $7.50 flat rate for Standard Post and $14.25 for Express Post and will include tracking. You can track your order here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

You will receive an email from us when we ship your order. Please note once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. Kitchen Language do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required.

Free shipping will be automatically apply to all orders over $80 and it will be sent STANDARD POST via Australia Post. If you need your order quick smart, we recommend that you select EXPRESS shipping at checkout.

Orders are dispatched between 1-3 days after the order is received. Delivery times can vary depending on location, but generally between 2-7 business days.

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please note, there are currently shipping delays due to Covid.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Deliveries to New Zealand are charged according to weight starting from $18 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered international shipping.

Deliveries to NZ metropolitan areas are expected to take at least 5-10 business days from dispatch. From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. Kitchen Language cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment as a result of any postal service.

Free shipping offers do not apply to New Zealand or International orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International deliveries (excluding NZ) are charged according to weight starting from $25 AUD.
